Well the wife did not turn up to court on the date this week, i kept telling her to be ready when they turn up to arrest you !!.
Well it did not happen,she has received a letter this morning stating that it was adjourned due to not being present.It has been listed to be heard at the end of the month again.Will keep you informed as this could get interesting.

She won’t get many of them before either an arrest warrant is issued or the case is heard in her absence.
If an arrest warrant is issued and she is placed before the court the magistrates will no doubt take that into consideration when setting the fine/points.
If the case is heard without her, that will also have some affect on the outcome.
Just burying her head in the sand will not make it go away. If she doesn’t want to go to court, ask the court if she can guilty plea by letter. At least the court will see that she is acknowledging them. The only time the court will insist on attendance is if they are planning to impose a ban.
If they are planning to impose a ban and she won’t attend then an arrest warrant WILL be issued and may even be seen as contempt, which can carry jail time until she apologises.
Remember in this game points don’t make prizes, they make pedestrians.
Wish her the best of luck, but she must do something about it. It won’t just go away.
You have got to address this situation mate, you are heading for a lot of time, trouble and expense. FFS, take your head out of the sand.
get it sorted before it really gets expensive dragging it through courts as already left you open to a bigger fine and more points. taking the [zb] and leaving it will only end up deeper in the stew
