i came down there in my younger days and got taken by surprise at the steepness of the hill,and i was in a hurry,nearly had to get in the fast lane lol

That’s steep section there. You can easily get up to 70 if you’re running heavy

it seems even steeper if comming up the hill from M11 lol
It’s not so many years ago that limiters were unheard of and that was a common sight. Nowt wrong with it IMO, and certainly a lot less of these tailgating type crashes we see everyday now. It certainly didn’t become life threatening overnight to travel faster than 56.
Also, I’d much rather have that Scania in front of me than behind
its downhill, dont know what the problem is or why youve posted it on you tube. easy to get upto 60+ 70 down there, do it everyday!

We all know some can do that speed. We all know we could do it if we were allowed. We can all be glib about it but the truth is the tacho never lies. If you have an accident at that speed you are toast with the authorities. No excuses. I think thats what holliefabbabe is referring to.

The A21 always gets me, there’s a looong downhill section that’ll get you doing some serious speed and being an A road the limit is only 50mph.
You can get it off the clock on that stretch with a full load of bananas on!

you need to try max possible weight, finished off loading on weighbridge to get exactly 44000KGs of scrap metal 
takes a few minutes on the brakes to get it back on the clock
