One of our drivers has been caught speeding on the A52 out of Boston, 50mph on an A road. He was driving a 12 ton rigid box which is a 7.5T but with up rated springs. They must have checked the reg even though he was going 10mph under the road speed limit-bit nasty really just a easy money maker for the police- watch out
If it is plated at 12 tonnes then surely it’s a 12 tonner? If so the speed limit for his vehicle is 40mph on a single carriageway.
