I think you need the company card and do a vehicle printout
Iirc you go into printout menu scroll from driver one to vehicle press ok then scroll to V iirc (V for velocity) then press ok. You’ll find it in the vehicle menu anyway. If I go over my hours because of a traffic delay I always attatch one of these printouts to my hours printout to shiow that I was genuinely in slow stop start traffic.
