then again its probably more a lesson about how to get caught speeding … no doubt you`ll try not to do it again
It could be about money or it could be you need an eye test

Well hes done it twice in one day so who knows
I have satnav that warns of speed cameras and gives a spoken warning if you exceed the speed limit for a given road. This I use with visual aids like road signs indicating the speed limit. Cheaper option than just one of those fines you will have to pay now…
Break the limits and get busted. Everyone on the roads is just a cash cow now…
This is why I do 40 on a S/C and 50 on a D/C
As well as only being paid by the hour of course
OP, providing you havent done one in the last three years, you should be offered a bribe… sorry, speed awareness course to avoid 3 points.

Didn’t the Penny Drop the first time ?
I reckon you’ll be lucky to get speed school, especially as you got caught twice in just over 4 hours on the same stretch of road.
6 points, £200 in fines, insurance loaded for the next 3 years & you’ve got to keep telling them about Being a Naughty Boy for five years.
Probably the best part of a weeks wages altogether.
Should have stayed in Bed !
Most insurers… In fact, all insurers I know of want to know any accidents or endorsements in the last 5 years

Yep, he’s just another typical thick ■■■■ driver that is too stupid to figure out going past a gatso above the speed limit for his class of vehicle is a really dumb thing to do. And he did it twice. Too funny.

Where having those speeding points really ends up biting you on the backside, is very few agencies or hauliers will even entertain taking you on if you end up with more than six points on a driving license nowadays.
Cops with handheld guns regularly target trucks on SC’s as it easy money, so it no longer a question of just slowing for the fixed cameras anymore.
Make an appointment with your Doctor, get him to refer you to an eye specialist.
Other than that see a shrink,to get caught on the same road with in just over 4 hours, you maybe brain dead.

What difference would that make ROG?
It was 4 hours apart so it clearly is not a continuous offence if that was what you were thinking.
Those A15 cameras are not exactly hidden, we’re not always paying attention so getting flashed by one could easily happen, but that should concentrate the mind for more than 20 seconds, getting the second one is plain daft.

Was not thinking that - if it was same location then I was wondering why the driver did not remember it was there?

“MMTM told me you’re allowed 10% + 2”
is what the answer to that will be.

I think you will be the clear winner, unless someone else wants to admit they have been done three times in a day on the same road.
Left hand down!:
“MMTM told me you’re allowed 10% + 2”is what the answer to that will be.
I used to go out with a police woman (yeah I know ) that was a traffic officer. She reliably informed me that the 2 mph leeway was to cover the inaccuracies of speedometers. The 10% thing is totally discretionary and up to the authority setting the cameras up, or the officer pointing the speed gun. That straight from someone that enforces it, rather than drivers room folklore…
Maybe he should have done what most sensible drivers do when on the road, that is, If you see a sign for a speed camera, there is probably one, so adjust your speed and avoid fines + points+insurance overloads…and yes we cant beat that twice in one day.
