Made me smile, problem is if the photo’s were submitted electronically or the hard drive was still readable, then anyone caught by it would almost certainly be prime suspects IMO 
Do a Max and Paddy and cut it down ha ha
since the road works started they have both been set for 40mph (temporary speed limit)
Admittedly that is a bad junction on A5
maybe for once speed cameras helping ?
