speed camera

guys, activated a camera on the A355, SLOUGH, roughly 22nd of Nov, i personaly havent had the letter through my door but the boss has an email regarding the offence from his boss, i was wondering is there a time line where if i dont actually hear any thing regarding the offence then i can assume i got away with it, or is that wishful thinking…

As far as I’m aware, drivers of privately registered vehicles must be contacted within 14 days. For company/lease/hire vehicles this rule is exempt. I stand to be corrected though…

The first NIP needs to be sent to the registered keeper within 14 days to be legal although there’s no limit on subsequent ones.

mrpj. I think that’s I was trying to say, only not so well,i.e the NIP can be passed on to the driver of said company vehicle after 14 days.

Thanks guys, just have to wait for the postman then,
