M6 Brum, southbound this morning, little bit busy but it was moving.
Irish ‘Knob’ decides that he is under 6’6" & uses the outside lane for about 3 miles.
Now, we all know that the Irish are ‘Speed Limiter Exempt’ (or so it seems !) but I didn’t realise that they had ‘Special Permission’ to use the outside lane (let alone in a width restricted area !)
KNOB ! Hope he got seen on a camera & they pull him further down the Motorway, then make him miss the boat !

Not just the Irish, Downtons seem to be speed limiter exempt as well. They fly by me when I’m on 56 mph.

I had a Flat Artic (on a P plate) come past me last week (think it was an O/D) & I thought that I’d stopped ! He must have been doing at least 75 !!
I got a Bolloking a few years ago when VOSA pulled me in & Tut Tut’d at my disc, it was reading 65 for long periods !
I just mumbled that I thought it was ‘Set’ at that ! So he told me that I should have defected it !
(We used to ‘Race’ down to Luton & I was nearly always 1st )
Got away with it in the end, although the company got a Bolloking aswell ! LOL !
Wouldn’t do it now, it’s all digital & VOS’TAPO will probably have a proper go at me next time !
That’s why I don’t like Job n Finish, encourages people to speed every where & drive like a ■■■■, peeing every one off in your wake !

Better write TESCO on the back doors then, so we know that you are only doing 52 as we come ‘Thundering’ up behind you at 56.

‘The boat’ is the other way. Ill give that 2/10 for geography and maybe 4/10 for effort.

Yeah we are in that club too, i can name the companies we can overtake on one hand and thats Tesco, Sainsburys, Argos and Brakes.
Do you drive one of the new Actros’? If so take it out of Economy mode and it’ll do 56 on cruise, ormjust use your foot. I’ve had on at 72mph, on private land of course!

Why on earth would you want to see another driver get done ,I have my fall outs with other truck drivers, car drivers, bikers etc etc,but I’ve never thought I hope he gets done,it just never crosses my mind.
I maybe could understand it if he’d done something that endangered peoples life’s,but driving in the 3rd lane
Let’s hope you don’t follow me around in the truck, you’d have them throwing the keys away at some of the antics I pull .

BIG SIGNS 6’6" WIDTH LIMIT & THE 50 MPH SPEED LIMIT.
The lanes are tight on that stretch & 2 wagons passing is enough, 99% of wagon drivers show a bit of patience & keep within the law, so when I’m doing the speed limit & staying in my lane, concentrating on keeping it straight, I don’t like IMPATIENT KNOB’S putting me at risk. I don’t give a toss what they or ‘you’ do anywhere else, but in the roadworks we all need to accept that there are other vehicles around you !
Oh no I missed the boat in Dover. Ah we’ll ill just wait an hour for the next one. Disaster averted lol
Seriously man, find something more worthwhile to worry about
