there was a thread not long ago if i remember with pics of these. i think they look yuck.
Most transporters use a special cab, but other companies using them were Bowker with the adapted Eurotrotter. a tipper firm from Lancashire■■? blue metallic paint ran a whole fleet of them.

now for the lowest cab daf you have probably seen.
you would need to be vertically challenged (are we allowed to say MIDGET here ?) to drive the truck in the last two pics…
