hi, do the spanish have driving bans on bank holidays? one of ours tipping alovera on A2,tipping wed evening 08/04.should make it back to valverde that night.will he have a problem on thurs heading back for irun? thanks.
He should have no problems so long as he stays on the A15, A1 & A8 till the border.
The Basque bans are now only applicable if there is driving ban in France on the same day or if carrying ADR although certain bans around San Sebastian and Bilbao may be applied or lifted depending on traffic density

tipped alsasua mon then went up to azpeitia for my reload. looked like some kids had eaten bag of scrabble letters then spat them at the roadsigns its a really old language think not even latin involved in it

Most western european languages have latin or germanic
origins.The basque language has neither.Leading to
speculation (unproved) that it origionated on the
lost continent of Atlantis.

The Basque language which is actually called Euskera the exact roots of which are unknown does have some similarities with Rumanian for example the Rumanian word for road is Calea in Euskera this is Kalea there a re couple of others but I can not be bothered go and dig them all out.
As technology and industry have advanced and new words have had to be found then mostly the Spanish word is used with a few changes for example Industry in Spanish is industria in Basque it is industriak.
Another interesting point is that there are no swear words in the Basque language.
