One word…AWESOME. We were about 5/6miles away and the ground still shakes! 
It was a fantastic experience, I would recommend Kennedy Space Centre to anyone who likes machines / engineering etc. The scale these guys work on is out of this world (if you’ll pardon the pun!).
The building where they make the rockets is the largest hangar in the world and they get clouds form at the top. It’s massive!
