There is no truck wash in the Southbound MSA but you can get an artic in the Northbound truck wash then return to the Southbound .
As you exit the slip road and cross the pedestrian crossing , turn sharp left where you will see old yellow barriers and warning signs of no exit, of which you ignore .
Turn left out of the services then left again then right to cross over the motorway bridge.
Turn next right then down the lane that runs parallel to the motorway then come out by the air ambulance base.
Or, just come off at the junction, go around the roundabout northbound and straight into the services
