And the OP hasn’t been seen since 2007!!

One of our drivers has one and when I asked him about it he just said “You’ll never get one”

Anyone who how to get hold of SWT?? I don’t have Facebook

They have been going for years…Don’t see so many around now these days but they use to have a website so try to google that!!! They use to do a lot for charities across the SW too!!! Good luck!! :sunglasses:

I have seen numerous trucks driving around, with a top window visor saying ‘SOUTH WEST TRUCKERS’.

Does anybody know of this group, contact details, where I can get one of these visors?

All help appreciated. Thanks

Best thing to do is have a chat with any of the drivers who have the S.W.T sunstrip - Dave Davenport on Haul Waste (or the company that used to be Haul Waste) eight legger compactor truck is one of the main men in S.W.T or seeing you’re near to Bodmin there’s a couple of boys on with Roach Foods who’ll be able to help you out. Just a matter of keeping your eyes open when you pass by the truckstops (Graham’s up near Bridgewater is a good place to bump into 'em, or Okehampton services)

Sorry can’t give you any more help than that. Perhaps Denis might know more about them (I’ve been away from Kernow for the best part of ten years :frowning: )

They hold regular meetings at The Albion Inn off junction 23 at Ashcott.
