South Wales Hauliers sixties and seventies onwards (Part 1)

A big thanks to c.j. Bird for the loan of a truck for the porthcawl carnival on Saturday.

hiya,
There was a couple of C J Birds used to park on the market at Chester le Street
they was there quite regular and for some time it wasn’t so long ago, a rigid and
an artic they always looked pristine, hard to do when almost all white, curtains
always closed and although I walk past that way a lot I never saw the drivers,
could be they have found a different ■■■■■■■■■■■■ but quite a few distance and
local lads seem to overnight there.
thanks harry, long retired.
