South Wales Hauliers sixties and seventies onwards (Part 1)

This is G. J. William’s vehicle. was sold to Hillcroft Recovery & I believe is still on the road■■?

The first 4 Series sold by us, was still on the road in 2006, but not sure of where it is now though.

An early Capper’s vehicle in Silurian’s yard.

In reply to Bruce Jenkins yard. Either side of the white bus looks to be a ford d series in blue and a yellow atkinson, next to the petrol tanker looks like a ford transcontinental in white. In amongest the millitants and antars is that a sedi atki 401■■? in army colours.

Hope this post is ok as this is the first posting?

Carmarthen was an excellent show, but did’nt anyone photograph the “60’s & 70’s” stuff? This forum is for 60’s & 70’s onwards? not 2008 onwards?

Excellent effort from all the Welsh owners, and full marks to the organizers for the realistic entry fee of a fiver. Well done!

Hi guy’s, i will try and find out off the salesman in work if he remembers the vehicle in question. I was at the event too, was a really good day out. Did any of you see the Silurian demo■■?
Their were some very impressive vehicles around, a lot of time, effort & money gone into them.
Regards Simon.
