Nice shot of the F88 there mixer driver too. The carnivals were great fun, early start, late finish and never a dull moment in between.

A hastily snapped Volvo today taken at Coryton, Cardiff. The truck is from Chiltern bulk haulage who despite what their name may suggest are a South Wales based firm.

john stevens transport
then R Bevan before he retired,

i can remember alot of these trucks from when i was a kid and used go with him…

hopefully he has some old photos of the trucks he drove
