Need help for another thread. During the 70’s I drove for Durhams of Tees side ,delivering to the mines in South Wales. We had a depot in Newport ,and the depot managers name was Geoff. Memory’s not what it was and I cant remember who’s depot it was previously. Hopefully some of the old timers can help me out. many thanks Mac.

Was sandersons in the70s they used to run about 6 on the Derby change over at Atkins…

Cheers Cliffy ,I worked for him after he bought Sandersons of Broughton, he had a depot at Black Lake ,West Brom ,they used to do the change over there. Did not remember that the Welsh depot was Sandersons.

Well hello to everyone and Merry Xmas to all. Crossed over the border into Wales yesterday, first time for three and a half years, first Xmas for twenty three years. Came down from Kidderminster so past RGMiles old place and JMWatkins and Caswells were here in Abergavenny at one time. So great photos, and memories.
