Thats got to be one of the last “finds” that don’t require years of welding/fabrication and endless searching for missing parts

Bmc has been a Turkish brand for many years now.i was in Turkey back in 1997 and saw loads of what looked like Bathgate leylands.i guess they bought all the tooling back when leyland trucks finished.i think this foden is a site lorry in the abbey.
I remember the kenworth pulling a tandem tipper trailer ,green Wilcox body and red Ahp chassis ?

Hey “H” now see that Bowen Foden ! I bet it’s loaded with tin plate just look at the sheet “nipped” into the dropsides !! I wonder if it was a single drive ?Probably eh! I can re-call they still ran one or two of that model when we were down in S.Wales in the mid/later '60’s.Happy days,Cheers Dennis.
