Still recovering 
from another brilliant steelboys Xmas party.massive thank you to dan punchard and Smallcoal for getting me a copy of âThe Ore Teamâ ,that DVD went down a storm with all us anoraks on Saturday afternoon
Hi all, Andrew glad to hear the party went well.
What a cracking photo of Gullivers 2435. I cant quite make the reg out but we put 12 new ones on the road in 1990, two batches of six supplied from two different sources.
I had a new one G580 XAE for six months before taking over as manager of the Cardiff Truck Rental operation.
Mostly hanging meat from Devon out to France and Spain, chicken/turkey fresh and frozen out of Brittany back to all of the U.K.
It was a good number at the time, but pulled the plug on the transport side September/October 1991 due to fall out with main customer and to many loads being hi-jacked in France.
Trailers went back to CTR in Barry, units went into rental fleet.
I have probably driven that one as they were based and serviced in Cardiff.

Good morning all, I have been going over all the old postings from page1 and seem to be getting lotâs of posts with the caption â LOOK WHOâS POPULARâ and PHOTOBUCKET underneath, am I doing something wrong or is there something I should be doing ? Any help appreciated.
PS What are you up to these dayâs Rowly are you still driving for a living ? Curly
arirght curly boy since you posted on here I was thinking all me and you done was laugh when up north and no I donât drive any more got a nice medium building firm going but my heart is still a driver and always will be but I do collect tractor units and bore all my family about them best regards rowly

That error message is photobucket,thatâs the picture uploader that I used for a couple of years.for reasons that have never been made clear to me,every now and again some of my earlier photos disappear and you see the âlook whoâs popularâ message.please keep trying though,they will re-appear.
