Hi Andrew,

I posted a load of photos in a CVH thread a while back. I will try to repost a few for this thread. If you have any more I’d love to see them.

cvh caerphilly owner gordon powell he ran all sorts as long as they ran he was lucky he had a bunch of great drivers all grafters they were a credit i was telling u that andrew yesterday keep them brill pictures coming regards rowland

hi all,
we recently had this renault 8 wheeler in for work.she was driven by an old friend,steve brunt.i first met steve 20 years ago when he drove for our business neighbour d.liscombe builders supplies.over the next 17 years,i saw him just about every working day.three years ago he moved onto celtic recycling .on the weekend without any warning,steve had a heart attack and sadly passed away,only 50 years old.r.i.p. mate.

That moter sure looks as if it got hot as you say, I’m surprised the front tyres never burst with that heat.

Hi Lads, looking through my late aunty’s photo collection i found the only existing photo’s of my father and grandfathers haulage firm at last. Not much I know but i was so happy to find them! Simple things Please simple minds eh?
