If you’ve opted out of the night time work limit your maximum hours are the same as a day worker.
If you finish at 11:30 the earliest you can start again is 20:30, that’s a rest period of 9 hours, it’s up-to you to decide if that’s enough.
Bear in mind that yesterdays shift left you with a reduced daily rest period regardless of what time you start tonight, you started at 22:00 and finished at 11:30, that’s a shift of 13.5 hours so it’s a reduced daily rest period.
You can have 3 reduced daily rest periods between weekly rest periods.
By the way, at the risk of being pedantic this is not a tachograph question it’s question about drivers hours
