After checking it was ok ! i have been using a product you may find usefull Wet ,wash and wipe sponges available from pateint handling .com what are they a hear you cry ! well there a sponge loaded with bio deggradable soap all you do is wet them with hot or cold water and they soap up so if you dont manage a shower at least you can get a nice wash and as the soaps bio degradable all you need do is wash and then towel dry job done hope this it usefull cheers

No these are much better than wet wipes its a proper wash not a wipe over

Looks good, think I will stick to stopping for a shower though.
Or8 if u dont make the truck stop for a shower…and probably more hygenic than some ive walked back out of ! 
They are a good idea, nothing worse than not getting a wash because you sat on a bay for hours waiting to get tipped and ending up in a layby with stinking pits
