Morning lads and lasses.
Me and my good lady when we are in London stop on a yacht hotel,and want to get married on it next January, always turned up on days we have booked and had faultless service.
When we stopped on Jan 6th we booked our wedding for Jan 7th next year.
Rang last week to confirm to be told there was a booking made on Dec 20th for Xmas eve for 2 rooms and as we “didn’t show” the hotel won’t accept bookings or our wedding until we pay the £450 they say we owe.
But it was booked on an American express credit card which we don’t own.
Nothing was said on the 6th but the tart in events dept got arsy and refuses to answer our calls.
P’d off doesn’t come close will ring head office in Finland when I get home we are being held to ransom over something we haven’t done grrrrrr
