Anyone know more about it? I use that road almost daily as I live in Torquay 
From what I’ve heard it was a Walkers crisps delivery VAN. Just after the A380 and A38 meet, caused a few problems.
It was a ‘3663’ Food Service Truck from Lee Mill Ivybridge!!!
