I think they’d need to start with their own Tugs, Straddlelifters and Trannys first 
. I’m sure some of the Trannys at Felix are coal powered, at least thats the impression they give. 
I think Germany is doinng somt ing similar if you buy a Euro 4/5 early.
I’m not sure it would Be a much money as that tho.
