Have you got it or do youy know anyone who has it?.

I am contemplating it at the minute as the house I am buying has no gas supply and the prices are rising more and more each year and look like they wont be dropping.
I AM NOT looking at producing electricity to then produce hot water as this is not feasible and the outlay is more than the benefits, HOWEVER having looked at sites like this solartwin.com/ there is a possibility i can save money IN THE LONG RUN it will take about 5/6 years for it to pay off.
If i have gas put in it will cost £750 and then i need a boiler at £1k +.
This is ONLY to prov ide hot water for washing cleaning etc etc not for heating the house.
Do you have any experiances of it?.
The house has a South facing roof.
