Do any of you folks have any idea about solar power?
I have a wee idea and basically i need a unit that will self power and charge a BATTERY to run a couple of small fans after it goes dark for a few hours .
Any help or knowledge of this would be grateful.
There is a small solar panel which puts out 12v. I’ve seen it for sale in a mag somewhere, but I can’t remember which one. It is intended to be left on your dashboard and pluged into the ■■■-lighter socket, so that it trickle-charges your car battery.
Have a look at maplins site, this is there kind of thing & I know they sell the 12 V trickle charger.
