:open_mouth:

Can someone please sum up in one sentence what this is about please :open_mouth:  . I thought my diaries were long …

Is the site sponsored by the fuel companies i wonder■■?.

I am afraid I don’t believe any of that crap :exclamation:
I can remember watching a TV documentary in 1973, according to they surveys and experiments of the time it was clearly stated that the worlds supply of oil would be depleated by 1985 :exclamation: :exclamation: :exclamation:

I wonder how many of those scare mongering scientists now have their head buried in the sand

MMMMM!!! interesting reading :open_mouth:

Bully

 CONCLUSION: Oil makes people lie a lot. And very shifty.

Have read many conflicting views by experts, on when they think the oil will run out. Even if it ran out tomorrow, fuel is still too expensive! Only if swapped my motor for a pushbike, would it then be cheap as ■■■■!

Cheers for THAT read. It was a bit short tho. :unamused:

proberly another plot to put up the prices … ie: if they put the price up we wont use as much

Well, I have to say that it isn’t rocket science…

You start off with one whole cake…

You cut and eat a small slice, still got lots of cake left…

Tomorrow your neighbour comes in and you both have a slice, still got plenty of cake…

Next week the entire street comes in and wants a piece of cake, so what it was a big big cake and you’ve still got plenty left…

The week after the entire street are still coming in for cake and now one or two are getting a bit greedy and having a bigger slice than everyone else.

The cake is going to run out sooner or later, so is the oil. We should ( i.e. the politicians ) be looking a long way down the road to see what we can do to maximise the life of oil and minimise the dependency on oil and we should be trying to bring some of those measures in ahead of time so that the eventual demise of oil is more of an inconvenience than a catastrophe.

 Of course the oil will eventually run out. No-one is in any doubt of that :exclamation:

Crikey Charlie !

I’d grown a beard and almost lost the will to live by the time I’d got through just the 1st page!! My humble summary:

Running out of fuel Yesterday
Some sort of Fuel Apocalypse
Fighting over oil imminent

Solution:

Survive the Armageddon

Make us wodges of cash.
