I like drawing in pencil and charcoal. I take photos at classic truck events, then draw them.
That’s some talent you have there.
Very good

+1. Wish I could draw like that.
Thanks. I did this one during lockdown 2, but it’s not quite as good as the Foden. I’m developing with each one.

It wasn’t a private plate, I knew the owner driver. I drew it exactly as photographed. Perhaps the previous owner put that grill on, I don’t know.

ok il start with being honest gambling bad hobby but o well
Many folk know this already but my hobby is narrowboating. I work in the Winter and save every penny I can, and spend the Summer out cruising. I finished work last Friday and I’ll be out now until September-ish. I’m currently near Bedworth and on my way to the boatyard to get the boat put into dry dock for blacking, then I’ll head off. I don’t know where yet, just “north”. I sort of make it up as I go along.
The scoot is a 1978 Honda Express which I use for the beer run.

Yes, I have a permanent offside mooring on a farm about halfway between Rugby and Coventry, I use that as my base when I’m working but still live aboard. I haven’t spent a night in a house for four years now.
Mine has turned into genealogy after dabbling in my family history, it’s a bit like Wikipedia, you begin to follow links and find yourself miles from where you started from, it’s amazing how many local people have links back to the family. Interbreeding was rife until the bicycle was invented. [emoji12]
