Since one post reveals what the workers have been given as a Xmas bonus merely for doing their job,I just wonder what you lot are giving your Boss for
keeping you in work this last year, putting up with what seems constant whinging your pranks and not employing Easterns cheaper than you lot.Yes ! I think
some of you should dash out and get YOUR BOSS something really special…so what are you going to give him?.
A sick note till March
johnny cash, you can take this job and shove it.
A box of 12 condoms with a free pin
Another year of my life!!!
Sleepless nights
Same as he gave me for the last 10 years mate. ■■■■ all!! Hope this helps
Dedication to my job, trust and willingness to be flexible…
But then he did give me a £3500 bonus, a new company vehicle, a flexible attitude to time off and complete trust in me to do my job to the best of my ability
£50 Debenhams vouchers.
Our safety and compliance director sent me a text asking if I would be contributing to a fund to donate to a charity in our bosses name, my reply was to suggest a charity…The Mark Lee Fund for Underpaid and Overworked Truck Drivers
I don’t think they deserve thanks for being there so I can work for them, if they weren’t I’d work somewhere else
I don’t think I deserve a xmas box just because I work there either, we get paid for what we do and I work hard, so I do quite good, that’s all I want from a job, a xmas box would be nice, but I’m not bothered either way really
Shade, I did 3 months on the sick when I poggered my shoulder, never had a single day where I wished I was back at work Hopefully your dodgy peg will mean my facebook will be a lot funnier for the next 3 months, so thanks for that
It’s not uncommon to see other drivers on one of the agencies I use taking in a case of beer of bottle of something to the agency boss - I suppose a bit of bribery does help in certain occasions, luckily I’m not in the position to need to do it.
My undivided attention during January. It’s unlikely I’ll be getting any offers from elsewhere…
I’ll continue to give him extra time for nowt…
I’m salaried for 11hrs and no overtime is paid, often work over 11hrs. So, there’s his xmas box, the fact the truck’s back in the yard and I still open curtains, drop trailer, read labels etc in my own timen instead of just dumping it and going.
Especially since I’ve done around 30-35hrs unpaid overtime easily, probably more, but 1 day off sick got me a days docked pay

I bought her a nice cardi’ - oh - and a new mop for the kitchen. Because she deserves it.
Pretty much the same as tallyman, the chaps at the agency have been pretty good to me this year , first year working agency due to redundancy they even invited me on there Xmas do and payed for me , so why not show my appreciation. I took in £80 worth of booze for them …
