I don’t think dozy’s job is that bad either tbh, I think he just likes a wind up.
Surely nobody carrys on like that from day to day…do they?

Carry on and “take a chance”. In that case, in the event of ANY mishap, you are in the wrong. Prosecuting council will ask, “Were you knowingly breaking the law? So are we expected to believe the word of a law-breaker?”
There is, I believe a legal maxim, “De minimis non curat lex.” The law does not concern itself with trivia. But does the Policeman/ DVSA" have the power to use discretion?
Has anyone here ever been prosecuted for a “small” offence? Or suffered a small offence exacerbating a subsequent event?

had my shower planned , I was having a corned beef salad & apple crumble with custard for tea, but due to bid food at Cannock , dalchema at smethick and road works on m6 I’ve ended up abt 5 mins short of depot , 11 hrs in a bloody layby , I could bloody cry sometimes , this job is so bloody frustrating , so I’ve ended up with a cup tea / ginsters buffet bar & some sensitive baby wipes , sensitive baby wipes at 57 yrs of agewhat a load of shiiiitttte. or you really are a prick , i think its shiiitttte, you are a windup merchant, no one could be that stupid , could they ■■?.
the only stupid thing I did was not go into Corley , if you mean I should of just drove the 5 mins there , yes I had that when I got done , loads on about how they’d drive x amount of times with there card out and not got done , yes but they’d not got stopped . the same applies now , I’d just drive the zb 5 mins , not when you’d already paid a hefty

You were fined for taking your card out not the going over as such.
Leave your card in and just write an explanation on a print out. So long as its a one off and only a few minutes I don’t see it being a big issue

Don’t say that or he’ll disappear again like he did when I found him in Medway services in a stobart truck, a year after saying he left stobart and making all his posts null and void. Just sit back and admire the dozy show. It’s like watching eastenders on iplayer, all at your own convenience
