8 If a Libyan bought a car, the government subsidized 50 percent of the price. .
9 The price of gasoline in Libya was 0.14 $ (12 cents, or about 0.10 euro) per liter.
10th If a Libyan no work got after graduation, the state paid the average salary of the profession in which he was looking for a job, to a technically adequate employment was found …
11th Libya has no external debt and its reserves of $ 150 billion have divided the occupation powers among themselves.
12th Part of every Libyan oil sale is credited directly to the accounts of all Libyan citizens. .
13 Mothers who give birth to a child received $ 5,000.
14th 25 percent of Libyans have a university degree.
15th Gaddafi launched the " Great Man-Made River " ( GMMRP or GMMR , dt . Great man-made river project ) to Libya , it is the world’s largest water pipeline project for better water supply of population and agriculture .
Thankfully have NATO and Rebels freed the Libyan people of them .
quite an interesting post immigrant its certainly not the picture that was painted , as regards free electricity I can remember when they built what is now Sellafield and they told us " electricity will be too cheap to meter " not sure what went wrong there

Gaddafi had plans for an African monetary system which would have replaced the dollar, he posed a threat to those who dominate (own) the world, they got rid of him.

To be fair anyone who thinks that putting the Muslim brotherhood and ISIS in control of the place was a better bet would obviously need some decent propaganda to justify their cause.
