Bonjourno boys! I have a s8000. Which at the moment I’m using as a doorstop. The problem is I switch on the unit and the message comes up saying cannot execute navigation please check your SD card. I’ve been told I need to do a software update. Fair enough but I’m unable to do this because I cannot get the software version I’m currently using which is one of the steps to update the software. I’ve tried putting the ST card directly into my computer but no joy. Tried different USB leads when connecting the unit to my laptop again no joy. Just hitting the wall every time. Which is exactly what the satnav will do if I don’t get it fixed soon. Help would be greatly appreciated
