Never used snap parking before. Do you give the parking site your number plate or is their a machine you put info into? Do you have a password? Any advice, thanks.

Or yes, more often with MSA over truck stops

Nope, never needed one. If you are on the MSA terminals once the reg is recogniosed it knows whos account it goes on.
The phone app to locate sites accepting snap is called intruck (for some reason unknown to me)
some snap sites you have to book ahead to reserve a space at the popular truck stops, they put a cone in to block a space off.
