I brought some eatting snails from a shop I was in tho I’ll give them a try.
Has anyone on here had snails ?
If somewhat are they like ?
Do you chew them or just swallow ?

I’ve had them, ready prepared in garlic butter, and they don’t really taste of anything except garlic butter, if you didn’t know any different you would think it was a lump of chicken. You just chew them same as you would a piece of chicken.

Had them once on Sally Line in some sort of sauce, a bit like chicken but I could only really taste the sauce.

You could taste the garlic butter more then the snail,
Garlic mussels that was the taste I could taste when I was eatting them…
Altitude that’s my next ones to try I spoke to a mate about snails and frogs legs he said tastes bit like crispy duck

I tried both snails and frogs legs, as you’ve found out snails taste of what they cooked in, frogs legs are so small you don’t get a chance to taste anything. But you do get disapproving looks from the waiter if you start walking them across the table onto the plate of somebody who’s appalled that you’d even try them.
