I can not see how the Romanian driver with the steel girders hidden on top the floor of the banana trailer,could be guiilty,how can any driver check for that,without the use of an x-ray machine,before you collected the trailer.He must have been knackered,he was fast asleep in the custody suite,bless his cotton socks.

Your theory only holds up if you pick up the trailer in Holland & change it in Ireland - how many times does that happen? And that subframe ( Under the floor) was easy for any driver to spot.
