AS the title says smarts does anyone know anything about them please?? ive only heard the one story aslong as you have strong matchsicks to keep your eyes open your be fine !!
What…Smarts Transpot of Builth Wells??..used to do a lot of container work out of Southampton??
earlier this year, they got rid of a lot of their trucks, i did hear why, but i will not speculate on here.
as for the pay and terms, i have no idea

Always amazes me how they can make that pay, perhaps there’s a clue there somewhere

worked for smarts transport…the oldman is nice but the load mouthed thing in the office is truly foul…!!! you wont earn good money on there either. you only got paid your nights out if you ran to your maximum hours or got a hour away from the docks in southampton if you had the time… all money grabbing as usual…dont touch…they had some financial problems 18 months ago and not looking good

that was not part of Smarts Transport, that was the property of Gareth Smart, he was an owner driver, who just happened to be the son of Charles Smart.
Gareth Smart sold the truck so that he could do a job where he was home more often, IIRC, he now owns and drives an 8 wheel tipper

Just started working for Smarts, I wish I had read these post before, they only pay £400 a week, you have to work all the hours under the sun. Won’t be working for these to long. Stay away, well away!!!
