I always thought they were a great operator until one of them tried pretty hard to run me off the M42 - I was in a big fat Ford Focus, though, so I had little to fear. I really don’t think I’d done anything objectionable.

What about Ralph Davies International from Cheltenham. No need for silly coachlines like Thorburns and the red chassis really compliments the plain black cabs, can’t think of many finer looking trucks then Ralph’s mid 90s topline streamline 500 scanias twin stacks and the trademark orange lights on the grille, they stood out a mile, pure class.
I’ll add Arcese from Italy to the list, when I used to go to New Holland at Basildon there were always smart R series 164 - 480’s non Topline versions, quite rare but always looking nice. Simple red & silver colour scheme but smart with it.
