Smart Recruitment. Anyone know if they are a good agency?

The other week I did 3 days as a Class 1 driver, although I got put 7 n half tipper with a crane. Worst 3 days work I have ever done 100% handball. 1st day was 3 drops, 1st northampton, 2nd & 3rd central london near wemberley then after that they sent me to oxford to pick up as many fence pieces as I could from behind a bar after an event. Anyway after the 3 shifts I did I jacked it in, I’m not idle but idea of lorry driving is dragging a biggggg long trailer up and down the motorway not putting a 7nhalf on someones drive and lifting of loads of plasterboard, fences and fence blocks!

I have had a stroke of look, because Ive worked at arla before smart recruitment rang me and said they have got work running out of dairy crest at foston :slight_smile: I don’t mind dragging cages about, stops the job from getting boring! Does anyone know if this agency is any good?

i used to work for them a couple of years ago they were ok had regular work and got paid on time everytime but when the company i had been working for on a regular basis were interested in taking me on full time the agency suddenly had no work,how strange… :unamused: anyhow after i got my class 2 they said they had loads of class 2 work but they never contacted me so i thinks its a case that if you play by their rules you are ok but otherwise they just blank you… :neutral_face:
