the bloke was spying on car parks and forgot that he had left the telescopic mast up when he left the car park ,it hit the height barrier and flipped on to its back end,sticking up like a smart rocket ready for orbit

Surely that was a dodge em car from a fun fair, its got the leckie pole still on. Its that or perhaps a new eco smart car with uses sail power and not petrol. Still some teething problems there.

I guess it could also be a new space program on a budget. Northampton N.C.P. we have a problem.
