i know you’re all thinking it’s the old plan of let’s stick to 40mph on single carriageways topic.blah blah blah
but it’s not.
take it easy on all roads. dual carriageways, and single carriageways.
one day you might spot a mobile speed camera in a layby.
and if you are going slow enough, you’ll have plenty of time to pull in and ■■■■ him off by parking right up his arse.
well it beats turning round at the next junction to do it.
have done that myself in my van…blok came round knocked on window and asked me to move…i just got out locked van and went for a walk…
I’ve never seen them in the midle of a layby where it would be possible to park behind them. Dont they usually park on the grass verge or such like?

with a 45’ trailer you could block them one way or another.
I never could see the point in racing around whe you are paid by the hour ? I used to race like the widn when I was on job and finish because then it benefitted me and not the company, but on Tesco and Fed Ex I just poodled along and stuff the rest of the world and their problems. I do it over here now on my present company, there is nothing to be gained by speeding around unless it earns you more money. The company come down hard on speeders anyway. I drive up 22A in Vermont and just 54 mph which really annoys the drivers behind me who are paid by the mile… mugs
