What became of the “Franchisee” wheeze ? Was there the much anticipated stampede to take up this very lucrative opertunity or has the idea been quietly shelved as a “non starter”,a bit like to the Super league sponsership ? Maybe there are hundreds of happy campers on the Franchise scheme but they are keeping “stumm” because it so lucrative ! The silence is truly deafening,Cheers Bewick.
