I would give him the benefit of the doubt. Just giving too much room to the oncoming traffic that, being stationary, is unable to give him room. Obviously he should have slowed to an appropriate speed.
From the video there’s no evidence to say that the driver was on the phone or falling asleep, but given the way the lorry gradually veered over to the left I’d have to say he certainly wasn’t paying attention to his driving.
The date on the video suggests it happened over three years ago so I’ve no idea why it’s in a 2022 video compilation
