Is that the code that goes along with No satellite signal being recieved message?
I’ve had it twice and in both cases the digibox was knackered. Your brothers best
bet is to phone the Sky helpline and speak to support they’ll go through sometrouble
shooting, which is mainly unplugging cables and plugging them in again. 
If it can’t be fixed over the phone they arrange an engineer to come out. Though if
the kit is out of warranty they charge you £65.
