If I just want to get my 35 regardless of training quality it is a good deal. (Of course assuming it is JAUPT approved and all legit which I’ve no doubt it is.)
To be clear, I can’t really say they are outright charging me to work.
The induction is mandatory… and they throw in a good deal on racking up some DCPC hours.

Hiya…quicky. i do some part time(not very often)driving in a refinery(on private land)
do i need to do the DCPC…its only the company have just sent me a letter asking for all
my licence details. if i need to do the dcpc i’ll not bother replying.

If you don’t drive on public roads you don’t need to do the DCPC.
Well not unless the company have their own in-house rules about it anyway.

I agree with DrivingMissDaisy, they should be named and shamed.
Agreed entirely.
But not really worse than those than think you should offer your services for free for a week ‘just to train up a bit’. Just that the method here is less subtle.
I must say, I can’t see anyone taking it up… Ahem.
