A bus on rail replacement duties hits a railway bridge. 
Driver on a job creation scheme closing more of the rail network thus needing more rail replacement busses. The flaw in his plan is he will NOT be part of the bus crew operating the rail replacement service.

Did wonder why the BBC report said they hadnt caused any delays on the rails. Car drivers were lucky, but good thing there wasnt anyone on the top of the bus - could have been lethal!
