did he have something all bling’d up like that b4 then■■?
Those plates are German trade plates, (they may just be for one off journeys, as a lot of imported second hand stuff into Greece still have the plates on when theyre sitting for sale, like in this picture)if you ever go to Greece from Ancona, you will see a lot trucks/cars busses etc with these kind of plates on waiting for the boats…
I can garuntee this truck wont be for sale for long, as the bubbles love their blinged up trucks. It wouldnt surprise me to see it in UK again, pulling a tilt or a fridge!
It was/is a nice motor, all credit to Basher, personally i would have kept the Volvo and exported the thing hes in now, 1 more less to see on our roads is a good thing!!
Yes i do know Basher by the way, used to pull Continental Cargo Carriers TILTS (not euroliners ) with him when he first started driving (for Swains of Stretton) in the early 90’s.

I love Topline T cab V8’s, its a shame they have NO practical use in the UK!!!
Otherwise i’d have one!
ive had around 4 or 5 V8s all toplines, my last motor was a chipped up 144, prob the best truck ive had, love Scanias to bits, just cant stand them T cabs. Toplines or not.
To answer the question of why silver bullet was so special, well the truck was imaculate inside out and refinished from top to bottom. It was just a standard I shift 500 when Basher got it. Fair do’s it should of been spotless as Mr Farrow had it at Watlings. Basher it would seem has a certain flair for refinishing things with his own style and taste, which to be fair is pretty good taste. Silver Bullet was a one off and i’d of been proud to have it. As for T cabs, i’d love one. No good to man nor beast if you wanna pull 45’s, so on that note i agree with Kindle. To be honest Tappy i’ve only seen one other Basher motor, a white 144 topline 4wheeler. I have got a photo, buggered if i can find it. But i have got more pics of silver bullet.
i did see Basher in Felixstowe once in a white topline, think it had Daddys dream mummys nightmare on the topline bit on the side, he’d only just got it when i saw him and it wasnt much to look at.
Thats the one carl, dutch plates i think. Wish i knew where that bloody photo is
