thanks again, think I’ve got it. it’s not easy though as I don’t drive every day and I don’t always start at that time. for example, the day before yesterday was a london run so 0400 start and clocked out at 1645. Yesterday I was in the workshop 0800-1630 and today I did 0530 cambridge run in the morning then up to hull in the afternoon and finished at 1645
