It is too big a subject to give a helpful reply in a single post but yes it is straightforward to use and you will be given a yes/no choice of doing a printout every time you eject your card. You will need to understand the basic functions though or infringements are highly likely.
I have used the siemens as well as couple of others & find the siemens the easiest to use
