the OP has edited his post , it was about false ones 
very rarely take sick days, even if i got a doctors note i’d feel guilty for not having a broken leg & unable to drive, last time i was off on sick pay was 6/7years ago now when i had back problems , i ignored the doctor & kept working till the back pain & sciatica got so bad i litterally couldnt walk ended up with 6months off & then a miracle cortizone injection got me sorted , still have bank pains but not enough to throw a sickie

Only time i chuck a sickie is when i am unable to get out of bed and on to my feet. I’ve only been off sick for 2 days in 7 years!

Never taken a sickie.
Don’t need to, for every 6 months we don’t pull a sickie we get a day off in lew.
